Clearwater Lake

Created as a result of a flood control project on the Black River in 1948, Clearwater Lake, the "Gem of the Ozarks," offers recreation for the entire family. Visitors can enjoy fishing, swimming, water skiing, a nice quiet pontoon ride, or a float trip down the Black River.

The Lake has five main recreation areas:

River Road Park
Highway K Park

The parks offers campsites, swim beaches, boat ramps, play grounds, marinas and nature trails.
